The Vision
A grand residence in the heart of Lutyens' Delhi that seamlessly blends colonial architecture with contemporary Indian sensibilities. The design honors the neighborhood's heritage while creating spaces for modern living.
The Challenge
Transforming a dated 1960s bungalow into a contemporary family home while respecting the strict heritage guidelines of Lutyens' Delhi.
Our Approach
We preserved the original facade and spatial proportions while completely reimagining the interiors. Traditional elements like jaali screens and courtyard principles were reinterpreted in a modern language.
